Product Overview
We offer a range of rubber chemical products essential for tyres and other rubber related products such shoes, belts and hoses. The products we produce comprise mainly rubber accelerators, anti-scorching agents, anti-oxidant TMQ & 6PPD and insoluble sulphur. Depending on our customers’ requests, our rubber chemicals can be processed into powdered, granulated or oil-treated forms.
We also provide value-add services to our customers who request such services to mix accelerators with rubber and other additives to form rubber compounds known as master batches based on their required specifications.
Rubber Accelerators
Rubber accelerators are also called rubber vulcanization accelerators. It can activate the vulcanizing agent, so it can speed up the reaction of vulcanizing agent and rubber molecular. Therefore, it can shorten the vulcanization time and reduce the vulcanization temperature.
Rubber accelerators can be divided into six kinds based on the chemical structures: sulfenamides, thiazoles, thiurams, guanidines, thioureas and dithiocarbamates. And the sulfenamide accelerators are the most widely used and they have the best comprehensive performance.
MBT
(C7H5NS2)
Fast, non-staining accelerator for dry rubber and latex. A primary accelerator for tyres, belts, shoes and other rubber goods.
DPG
(C13H13N3)
Processing-safe and stable with slow scorch time, for both NR and SR. Used in tyres, boards, shoes and industrial rubber goods.
TMTD
(C6H12N2S4)
Used in SR and NR for tyres, inner tubes, shoes and cables. Also used as an agricultural germicide, insecticide and lubricant additive.
DCBS
(C19H26N2S2)
Best anti-scorching performance among sulfenamide accelerators. Used in tyres, belts and shock absorbers.
TBBS
(C11H14N2S2)
Delayed-action accelerator with fast cure rate and good scorch safety. Widely used in rubber products, especially meridian tyres.
CBS
(C13H16N2S2)
Fast, non-staining accelerator for dry rubber and latex. A primary accelerator for tyres, belts, shoes and other rubber goods.
MBTS
(C14H8N2S4)
Highly active delayed-action accelerator with good scorch safety and fast cure rate. Used in tyres, shoes, tubes, cables and other rubber goods.
Anti-oxidant
Anti-oxidant has a good protective effect against heat, oxygen and fatigue aging and stronger inhibitory effect against metal catalytic oxidation, no spray cream phenomenon, widely used in the manufacture of tyres, motorcycles births, bicycles births, rubber, plastic, adhesive tape, wires, cables and other rubber products.
RD (TMQ)
(C12H15N)n, n = 3–4
Brown to amber flakes with a density of 1.05 g/cm³. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide and acetone; insoluble in water.
Combustible during storage and transport, so keep protected from fire and moisture.
6PPD
N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine
Dark purple pellets, mainly used in tyres, rubber shoes and other rubber products.
Melting point: 46.0°C min Heating loss: 0.50% max Ash: 0.08% max Assay (GC): 98% min
Insoluble Sulphur
Best vulcanizing agent for rubber, it improves binding of rubber-rubber and rubber-steel or chemical fibre without contaminating the mold. It is suitable for use in the production of rubber tires, tubes, belts, shoes, rollers, cables, seals, latex products and other light-color rubber products. Different types of IS is available such as IS-HS 8010, IS-HS7520, IS-HS7020, IS-HS6033, IS60, IS 90 and others.
Insoluble Sulphur
(IS)
High thermal stability that resists reversion to soluble sulphur at elevated temperatures, keeping vulcanizing properties consistent. Overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary sulphur, enhances bloom protection and improves the quality of rubber products.
