Message from the Executive Chairman
Rooted in the fertile and remarkable land of Qilu region, and inspired by the rich cultural heritage and enduring spirit of southwestern Shandong, Shanxian Chemical has grown from strength to strength on this vast and resourceful land. From a small state-owned factory established in 1977, we have evolved into China Sunsine Chemical Holdings Limited, a company listed in Singapore, and emerged as a recognised leader in China’s rubber chemicals industry.
Over the years, the Company has received numerous accolades and recognitions, including the “National Outstanding Private Enterprise in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry”, “Top 100 Enterprises in China’s Rubber Industry”, “Top 100 Fine Chemical Enterprises in China”, “Top 500 Chemical Enterprises in China”, “Top 50 Enterprises in Comprehensive Strength in Shandong’s Rubber Industry”, and “High-Tech Enterprise of Shandong Province”. We are also an AEO Advanced Certified Enterprise recognised by Qingdao Customs. Through our continuous pursuit of excellence, we have established ourselves as a leading player in the global rubber chemicals industry.
The Company is headquartered in Heze, Shandong, widely known as the “Hometown of Peonies”, a land blessed with abundant natural resources and outstanding people. Covering a total area of approximately 1.68 million square metres, the Company operates six production bases: Shandong Sunsine, Weifang Sunsine, Shengtao Chemical, Shandong Hengshun, Guangshun Heating Plant and Yongshun Environmental Protection. Our principal products comprise four major categories of rubber chemicals, including accelerators, antioxidants, insoluble sulphur and master-batch products, with more than a dozen varieties widely used in tyres, conveyor belts, rubber hoses and other rubber-related industries.

Our products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, and we have established long-term and stable supply relationships with more than 60 of the world’s Top 75 tyre manufacturers. Today, we serve more than 1,000 customers worldwide.

Supported by a strong research and development team, we continuously strengthen the leadership, management capabilities, execution and technical expertise of our management and professional teams.
